To ensure our customer care remains the best in the golf industry, MiClub has added four new team members to our support team. Each year our client and product base grows considerably and it is very important we never drop our high standards.
MiClub has always had a strong focus on excellence in customer service and support. We are constantly reviewing our system and how we deliver support using customer feedback. Assistance is just a call away!
Phone, chat, and email support
Chat and phone support is available 7 days a week from 4am to 6pm (AWST). During business hours the response will usually be immediate. If support lines are busy, a MiClub representative will follow up within an hour. MiClub’s support staff are all based in Australia and operate under a “follow the sun” model. This ensures assistance is readily available to different time zones.

Product guides and helpful information is catalogued on MiClub’s help website. From this portal you can search a product, module, or question to find a relevant help article. You can also check the status of a support ticket or request help from MiClub by submitting a new support ticket.
