Emma is an experienced golf professional responsible for managing customer service and help requests for MiClub’s golf management software. Her specialised knowledge of the golf industry and MiClub products allow her to deliver helpful solutions for clients.
What is your role at MiClub?
“My role consists of answering support calls, chats, and emails. I assist MiClub clients with any issues they may have. Anything from talking a new club through setting up timesheets and competitions to creating new courses.”
What are you passionate about?
“I am a PGA Golf Professional coaching at Mount Lawley Golf Club and have been coaching for 12 years. I specialise in coaching juniors and ladies. I’m very passionate about helping people and growing the game of golf. To be able to transfer my knowledge of golf and learn new skills by joining the MiClub Team is something I am very grateful for.”
What is the most enjoyable course you have played?
“Hutt Golf Club in Wellington, New Zealand.”
What was the best golf event you attended?
“The Heineken Classic at the Vines Golf Resort. Our club used to run the 9th leaderboard every year and we would be there all week. As a volunteer we would get to meet the winner.”
What can you see in store for the future of Australian golf?
“More Australians at the top of the international stage and from a club level increased flexibility to adapt to the evolving golfing market. Continued growth of grass roots level programs like MyGolf.”
