A modern, flexible approach to membership.

Lifestyle membership is an innovative points-based membership model designed to give clubs more flexibility. Member are provided a number of points, each time a tee time is booked, points are deducted from the member’s account.

Vouchers and trigger marketing

Use vouchers to increase interactions with existing customers, generate new customers and reward the loyalty of frequent players.

Trigger marketing automates your engagement with loyal and new customers. Data is collected at the time of booking to be used to create trigger events or markers, eg, date of birth, postcode and rounds booked.

Voucher codes can be redeemed through the MiClub timesheet (Green Fee module). Vouchers and triggers are highly configurable and can be green fee category specific, can include or exclude items like golf carts, can be a unique, single redemption or multi-use redemption and more.

Vouchers offer refund management options too. Prepaid bookings (credit card) can be refunded for a voucher to be redeemed in the future. Vouchers can also be issued for a part played round cancelled to do poor weather.
