Access to the MiScore Scoring app has now been activated for your club.
On this web page you will find a set of helpful materials to assist your club in promoting the use of the MiScore scoring app to your members.
All members should be encouraged to download the MiScore mobile scoring app for use during competition/handicapping rounds at the Club.
In addition to assisting in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 amongst your membership base, the app’s score entry functionality provides a number of features and benefits including:
- Reduction in scorecard printing
- Distance to the middle of the green information via GPS
- Pace of play round timer
MiScore is now available to download from the ITunes or Google Play stores.
Subscription options:
User Subscription, $19.49 per annum. Subscribing will provide access to over 500 Australian courses and free access to further enhancements being released in the upcoming months.
Club subscription. If your club has purchased a licence this will allow members only to use MiScore at the club at no charge.
For golfers that play events and socially at other courses during the year the $19.49 per annum model will be better suited as it allows access to 500 courses with up to date GPS, social and competition scoring.
Overview for Members
Once downloaded the member will be required to search for your club by name.
Members login details are the same as the members area of the golf club’s web site.
To start scoring members will need to be registered in a competition on the day.
Score by applying a gross score value for each hole before swiping left to the next hole. Enjoy scoring features such as GPS distance measuring and a pace of play round timer. When all scores are entered, submit the player scores. Please, for the safety of yourself and any playing partners, DO NOT digitally sign each others scorecards, only the scorecard you are responsible for.

Visitors competition scoring:
To start scoring visitors will need to be registered in a competition on the day with their golflink number. Visitors will also need to download the miscore app, and select the club.
Self scoring:
*This feature must be activated additionally at a club/courses request.
This feature does not significantly change the current process of scoring for player and their playing partner. However, at the end of the round, after player and partner have verbally confirmed your scores are correct, the player will submit their own score instead of their playing partner’s.
Verbal approval from your playing partner is required prior to submitting your score. To avoid physical contact, the player can initial the signature field for the playing partner with their approval. The competition system will then receive the players score and a copy of the score that is recorded for the playing partner.
Should the playing partner be using a paper scorecard, they will score as normal.

Trouble logging in:
Please ensure your members have correctly downloaded the applicable app for either IOS or Android on their mobile devices, have correctly selected your club from the available list and logged into the app using the same username / password credentials as per your club’s website.
Note that a member must be pre-registered in a competition to proceed to the app scoring screen. The user will be prompted with an error message if no competition registration is currently active.
Details for Administrators – Setting pin/middle of green locations.
MiClub have completed the mapping of the middle of the green locations remotely, however due to the google maps not always being current we strongly recommend you check these locations. To view instructions on how to set the middle of the green/pin locations please use the guide provided below. Please note, you will need to login to the miscore app with a full administrator level account to access this functionality.

Displaying Live Scores on Clubhouse Leaderboards
Live Scoring:
‘Enable live scoring’ in setup/edit of competitions and templates.
Players’ hole-by-hole scores will appear on live leader board immediately after submission on the app. *Not yet available for all competition types
Supported competition types:
The MiScore App can be used for most MiClub competition types. The competition is configured by the host club.
Stand alone Pairs and Team Events must be used in-conjunction with a singles events.
When running teams events (particularly calculated events) please ensure competitions are setup with the individual event as the FIRST competition in the list and the teams event SECOND.
When setup this way, players will score individually on the MiScore App and scores will transfer to the teams event and leaderboard.
