Thanks to the team at The National Golf Club in Victoria, we have recently been able to trial MiScore’s newest feature – Self Registration through the MiScore App.<\/span><\/p>\n
The idea centres around removing traffic in out of the Pro-Shop\/ Golf Ops during busy competitions. MiScore users are able to register themselves at the course provided they are booked into the corresponding competition, with the comp fee being debited from the players’ accounts at the end of the round.\u00a0Once arrived, members, through the MiScore app, can select the competition they are booked into, register and then select their tees and select their partner all through the app. The process is very similar to the current one that all MiScore users are familiar with just a few added simple steps. We are hopeful that this can be the way forward during the busier competition days and can relieve stress and Pro-Shop and office staff.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
The National GC during busy periods can service up to 800 members per day participating in golf competitions across four courses. This new functionality provide significant efficiencies with staffing, whilst also providing members the ability to choose their own tee markers.<\/span><\/p>\n
