Calls outside of these hours relating to training or configuration will incur an out of hours charge of $150 per call plus GST. For any failures caused by MiClub will not incur a charge. For new clients becoming familiar with the system, MiClub will provide a 4 week grace period in which calls outside of business hours will not incur the out of hours fee.<\/p>\n<h2>License and Updates<\/h2>\n<p>MiClub continuously improves its products, which means that our clients receive enhancements\/bug fixes and updates on a quarterly cycle. As we have over 320 clients we do cater for many configurations, however as the golf industry changes, so does our product based on our customers\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Fees<\/h2>\n<p>The costs associated with the setup of the project will be invoiced upon receiving confirmation of order. This will be required to be paid in full prior to installation.<\/p>\n<p>Ongoing Fees will be invoiced annually on the anniversary of the installation. MiClub will calculate the number of members with an active golflink number loaded in the database at this date which will determine the support fees payable.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation of Software \/ Internet Connection<\/h2>\n<p>MiClub host the software &#8211; Our system is web-based. All users login to our system via our servers. This means limited hardware is required at the club (only internet connection). MiClub invests substantially in having the best possible servers and internet connections available. As the MiClub software is web based, we require any admin PC\u2019s to be up to date with windows updates. These updates are the responsibility of the club, and can be set to run automatically overnight. Administrators and members are able to access the software from their home PC outside of the club.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum requirements for internet connection at the club is ADSL. Dial up internet is not sufficient.<\/p>\n<h2>Warranties \u2013 Hardware<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Dell Touchscreen PC: <\/strong>includes a 2 Year onsite warranty provided by Dell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OKI Printer: <\/strong>Includes a 3 Year onsite warranty provided by OKI. Clubs outside of 50 kms of a metropolitan area may incur an additional cost for travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samsung Printer: <\/strong>Includes a 1 year return to manufacturer warranty<\/p>\n<p><strong>MiScore Scanner: <\/strong>Includes a 3 year return warranty to MiClub.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Membership Database integration<\/h2>\n<p>The OneGolf system is a stand-alone database.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Administration<\/h2>\n<h3>Timesheets<\/h3>\n<p>The OneGolf package includes the timesheet system, which cannot be removed. However, the system operates without relying on the timesheets to run competitions.<\/p>\n<h3>Security Roles<\/h3>\n<p>MiClub can provide different levels of access for administrators. This will be discussed and configured during the training.<\/p>\n<p>Clubhouse Leader board<\/p>\n<p>The clubhouse leader board provided by MiClub runs through a web page accessed via google chrome. Our recommendation would be to source a laptop PC and plug the laptop into TV screen with a HDMI cable. The laptop will need to access the internet. Running the leader board from the touchscreen PC kiosk is not recommended.<\/p>\n<h2>Scorecards<\/h2>\n<p>In order to provide the highest performing and reliable scorecard printing and scanning solution, all Scorecards must be purchased from MiClub.<\/p>\n<h3>Card Design<\/h3>\n<p>The club will provide all information regarding the design of the front of the scorecard including logo\u2019s pictures and local rules. This will be pre-printed.
