Bookings Update

Row Locking
Major improvements in the usability of the timesheet bookings have been developed and been in use at a number of club at the momemt. The changes are in relation to how a booking row is locked when selected and a set time limit is applied to the row.
Benefit: A member is assured that once they select their row they have right to it for a set amount of time.

Waitlist Enhancements
Improvements to the wait list have been made to block out members to add them selves to the waitlist when they can't be applied to the timesheet as they do not have the correct category.
Members and administrators will now be able to amend a waitlist reserved bookings time allocation and move reserved booking priorities.

Hide names
Hide players names on timehseets (option per timesheet) Members see their name but other names appear as "booked".

Block Same Day Bookings 
New upgrade is being gradually released to clubs which has a new booking restrictions rule that disallows multiple bookings for a member on timesheets that occur on the same day.

Autoscore & Competition Management

New Autoscore card has been released last month with great success at Joondalup Country Club. The autoscore card has been resedigned to be more user friendly and easier for older players to mark and read the card.
In house Leaderboard has been enhanced to include promotions and multiple comp display.

Useful Tips

• Colour for female font names on booking sheet can give you better indication on what gender is outlined.
• Need to search for a name on a timesheet? Use the keyboard search function by holding the Control (Ctrl) and F Keys down at the same time to reveal the search bar. Type the name and press next.
• Inclusion of booking reminder details in the history log file of a timesheet. This information will include who and when a booking reminder was sent from the timesheet.
• New security role: "Read only staff level". You can now setup staff whose rights are limited to only view the timesheets but are not allowed to edit or make any bookings.
