Customer Support - Perth

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer support specialist to help us support our growing list of customers. You will be taking phone calls and providing support and advice for customers using our web based golf management products. You will provide assistance with the implementation of our software products.

It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be self motivated, have attention to detail, work well in a team environment and enjoy working with customers. You will need to be technically savvy, have a good understanding of the Internet and be able to learn quickly. Some knowledge of html and css would be advantageous.

It would be extremely beneficial if you had some knowledge of, or an interest in, golf - particularly golf club and golf competition management.
